The Heat Is On - Prepare for Warmer Weather

Believe it or not summer is almost here; just ask the hard working folks in your plant.  Machining, heat treat, welding, painting, plating, grinding, and many other areas are hit hardest by the warmer weather.  When the temperature rises, it is important to stay hydrated and to have proper air circulation.  It is not practical, affordable, or sometimes even possible to air condition every environment.
